Issues:

Our Client engaged Mycroft to provide the full cycle experience starting from requirements gathering through implementation/support of a Global Corporate wide SUN IDM provisioning solution, which has been successfully implemented.

Mycroft Identity Management Solutions Approach:

  • SUN Identity Management Implementation services fro account provisioning for ACF2, Lotus Notes, AD, LDAP, CyberLife and three custom resources into Production
  • SUN IDM Framework Implementation

Results:

  • Implemented account provisioning for all resources specified above to initial group, currently rolling out to the entire company
  • Reduce many manual activities / Have complete audit trail for all provisioning activities
  • Depending on Cost Center correct Resources are provisioned
  • Currently working on Phase 2 for Agents and Field Office Employees
