  • Help Desk Support,
  • Infrastructure & Applications Monitoring, and
  • Tier 2 and 3 Support Assistance.

Within Mycroft’s Operations Center, our Operations Staff will remotely monitor the health of the IdM System and Software. Optionally, our monitoring tools may be utilized to monitor the IdM production environment on a 7x24 basis.
